A Resource for Launching Wellness

In one of my virtual road trips, I stumbled upon an excellent resource for anyone who is looking at launching a wellness initiative, or anyone who would just like some basic information about what all the fuss is about. The first thing you will notice, is that if you haven't started anything, you are kind of late to the party. The date of the document is 2001. In any case, I highly recommend reading this document if you are planning a trip along the road of wellness. There is a lot of good stuff here. I'll also be posting this in our "Links" area.
